Reference to the article titled “Biogas, an answer to Pakistan’s energy crisis”. Bio-gas, no doubt, is an answer to the energy crises if implemented in right earnest. It is sad to say that many such projects of use of Bio gas from animal feces for domestic energy need and running of tube wells from solar energy have been tried successfully in the country side in say sixties/seventies under foreign aid/grant, but could not continue persistently due to wrong policies and rampant corruption in the govt agencies. Govt keep everything within elite class of society, irrespective of the fact whether they need it or can run it. They hate the poor and therefore do not give anything to poor. They do not initiate any such preposition at grass root level but from upper level like MNAs MPAs, Nazims, Lumberdars etc , who play for some time and then bury them because it is not their need. It is the need of poor class of society who cannot pay electricity bills, cannot buy wood/LPG for domestic fuel etc.
