PAK TURKSTAFF REPORT IBD: Muhammad Bilal Bhutto, a class 10th student of PakTurk Khairpur bagged forth position worldwide and got Honourable Mention Award in the International Sustainable World Energy Environment Engineering Project Olympiad (I-SWEEEP 2013) which has recently been held in Houston, Texas.
According to details, Bilal presented his Biology project regarding decreasing air pollution by using common grass in the competition in the 5th I-SWEEEP 2013 where contestants from 68 countries and 41 US states represented 363 projects.
The I-SWEEEP is international science fair which has been promoting sustainable energy solutions since 2008 on energy, engineering, and environmental projects.
The PakTurk administration said that participation of their school in the competitions reflects very positively on students.
It said that todays students are the leaders of tomorrow therefore were helping to empower the next generation of Pakistani scientists, engineers, doctors and entrepreneurs.
Participation in science competitions is highly beneficial which has encouraged PakTurk to focus on such events in order to ensure a brighter future for Pakistan.
