STAFF REPORT ISB: The Institute of Space Technology (IST) celebrated its 9th Commencement of Class of 2014 with the graduation of 104 students in the disciplines of Materials Science, Aerospace, Communications Systems and Engineering in Islamabad.
HEC Chairman Prof. Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed conferred the students with the degrees in their respective fields. He gave away the President of Pakistans Gold Medals to Syed Aseem-Ul-Islam of Aerospace Engineering, Ifrah Malik and Iqra Mehmood of Communication Systems Engineering, and Salma Farooq of Materials Science and Engineering, who stood first in their respective areas.Huzaifa Mohsin of Aerospace Engineering, Hasan Ijaz Malik, Ifrah Malik and Iqra Mehmood of Communication Systems Engineering and Syed Hannan Hussain Gilani and Musa Badar of Materials Science and Engineering were awarded VC Medal for best final year projects.
