PESHAWAR-A new research could play vital role in improving the building codes of Pakistan.
The findings of the research, done by Engineer Yasir Irfan Badrashi, Assistant Professor at
Department of Civil Engineering, University of Engineering and Technology Peshawar, Bannu
Campus, showed that how improvement can be made in building structures that can withstand
against natural calamities like earthquake.
Engr. Yasir Irfan Badrashi, on Wednesday presented his research during a successful defense of
his Ph.D thesis in front of the examination committee in the Video Conference Hall of UET
Peshawar.
