STAFF REPORT ISB: Faculty Development Academy (FDA) of COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (CIIT), Islamabad has planned to organize a series of seven workshops in a joint effort with Higher Education Commission. In such manner, the first workshop titled Office Procedures and Practices was held.
This workshop was intended for non-instructing staff to learn advanced practices that are regarded key for office work in distinctive limits. It was required to upgrade the members mindfulness, initiative capabilities, administrative aptitudes and interpersonal viability, other than a feeling of belongingness with the association.
S.M. Junaid, Director FDA, respected the gathering and introduced the workshop. The members were told about the workshops centrality. There were three sessions a day in light of their needs, for example, official systems, recording, taking note of and drafting, authority report composing, PPRA rules and so forth.
An aggregate of 32 members of evaluation 16 or more, from CIIT s eight grounds and some of nearby colleges/HEIs went to the course. Famous Resource Persons of presumed associations were welcomed as mentors. The workshop was held at FDA premises in G5/2, Islamabad.
