STAFF REPORT ISB: Mustafa Z. Paras, Editor Weekly Technology Times, and Dr. Manzoor Hussain Soomro, Chairman PSF, exchanging documents of a Memorandum of Understanding signed between the two sides at a ceremony. According to the agreement, both Technology Times and PSF would enhance mutual cooperation for the promotion of scientific and technological activities in Pakistan. Dr. Ata ul Mohsin, Raja Ata ul Haq, Riaz ul Islam, and Rehana Batool were also present at the occasion.
