STAFF REPORT ISB: Pakistan has created stir by securing three gold and a silver award at Asia Pacific ICT Awards (APICTA-2015) held in Colombo, Srilanka.


Eyedeus Labs drove the route by securing gold in the startup category for their new product “Ingrain”, while Evamp and Sanga clinched gold for their “Mobile Audio Streaming Service” under the Inclusion and Community Category.


The third gold was packed away by Noor Asif and Muhammad Farjad Hassan, students of NUST College of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, for their exploration venture “Dynamic and Intelligent Powered Ankle Foot Prosthesis for Trans-tibial Amputees” under the Tertiary Student Category.


The silver honor was won by a youthful group from The Nest, P@SHA’s Technology Incubator in Karachi, for their undertaking “Teddict” under School Category. Teddict is a learning gateway for young students that makes giving so as to adapt all the more captivating the essential part to the understudy.


The Pakistani group included 50 individuals with 22 innovative products seeking the prestigious APICTA recompenses against 197 items from 17 economies in the district.
