The Dawood Foundation’s Magnifi-Science Exhibition 2017, Pakistan’s biggest science exhibition in terms of scale, size, impact, and quality, ended with the hope for educational reforms on science education for development of the nation. The exhibition drew a crowd of over 50,000 for three days.

TDF Magnifi-Science Exhibition is largest platform for corporations, academia, entrepreneurs, students, teachers and the general public together to promote science education and critical thinking among youth.

Mr. Jam Mahtab Dahar, provincial minister for education and literacy said, ‘The Dawood Foundation Magnifi-Science Exhibition correlate with education and literacy vision for encouraging students in following science as a field of interest.’ ‘I would like to congratulate The Dawood Foundation for this successful mega science exhibition.

Due to the interactive exhibits, activities and scientific games for all ages to enjoy and learn have gained massive admiration. Prominent members of National Assembly, Ali Raza Abidi, and Saman Jafri along with other dignitaries from various occupations also visited the exhibition.

The 3-day Science exhibition was most prevalent science gathering of Pakistan that contains a number of scientific experiments, professionally developed exhibits and innovations under the same roof. The attendees were from across Sindh as well as Thatta, Badin, Umerkot and other districts.

TDF 2nd Magnifi-Science exhibition also aimed to give importance to innovation, critical thinking, and creativity. The participants were encouraged to think out of the box and the amazed the visitors. 4 main themes including Basic Science, Science of Technology, Earth Science and Health Science were introduced to the students.

A substantial number of public and private school students from all backgrounds irrespective of age, gender or class were welcomed at the exhibition. Government students and private students can be given equal opportunities to learn for which TDF must have attendees from all segments of society. TDF Magnifi-Science exhibition aimed to encourage schools to implement similar activities for equal standards of education.
