PAS award 2015 Conferred to Ufone

Staff Report ISD: Ufone, the premier telecom network operator of Pakistan, has once again proven its mark over other competitors in industry by clinching the prestigious Pakistan Advertisers Society (PAS) award in the telecom services category. This has added another feather to the cap to Ufone`s sagacious journey. Infamous Saaf Awaz ad having punch line Naram Sa Tau Hai was the cause of the success.


It is noteworthy that all three final nominations in this category belonged to Ufone, which was scrutinized out of 18 entries from 5 telecom operators.

The ad ingeniously described impeccable network quality and crystal-clear voice services in a comical manner; the sheer appeal of which set a new precedent for humor in the industry that has not been matched since. Using excellent word play with the words Gadda and Gadha,the commercial defines the inevitable role of voice quality in effective communication.


The tagline Naramsa tau hai garnered massive fame among the public and became contagiously viral on social media from Facebook and Twitter pages.
