STAFF REPORT LHR: The government is striving towards ensuring food security for the public as this issue has started haunting Pakistan which could create multiple food shortage problems.
“The government had been introducing comprehensive and inclusive policies to overcome the challenges posed by climate change and food security,” said Parliamentary Secretary for Food Chaudhry Muhammad Asadullah at a recently held meeting in Lahore to discuss the food security issue. The ceremony was organised by Oxfam and the Indus Consortium.
