STAFF REPORT IBD: The PTCL has appealed a High Court decision that upheld a PTA fine of Rs 82.50 million for the use of more spectrum than allocated. The PTA claims PTCL was using extra spectrum allocated to the company. The company fought the case in IHC which dismissed the PTCLs petition. The company then took its petition to the Supreme Court which has now asked the regulator and five ISPs to respond to the matter.
