4 Pak students to attend London science fair

STAFF REPORT IBD: Four Pakistani students will for the first time participate in London International Youth Science Forum 2012 (LIYSF-2012) to be held in London from August 16-30 this year.
For selection of the participants of the Forum from Pakistan, interviews of the students have recently been at the Pakistan Science Foundation (PSF). PSF Chairman Prof. Dr. Manzoor H. Soomro headed the interview committee comprising eminent scientists of the country.
Under its science promotion and popularization programme, PSF and NAYS are arranging this first-ever visit of Pakistani students of 17-21 years of age.
Major activities of the forum include lectures, demonstrations, visits to industrial sites, research centres and scientific institutions. Each year more than 300 students from all over the world gather under one roof and live together.
