STAFF REPORT LHR: Five brilliant young scientists from Pakistan were selected as Biovision Next Fellow for the year 2013 among top young scientists from all over the world. The selection was based on their scientific excellence, extracurricular activities and active participation in the civil society.

All the five representative young scientists from Pakistan actively participated in different sessions of the forum. They had also met with worlds top scientists and noble laureates and discussed about different issues related to science and technology.

Biovision, the World Life Sciences Forum, takes place every two years in Lyon, France with the mission to foster productive interactions between all Life Sciences stakeholders from the academic, policy-making, private and civil society sectors to translate innovative ideas into actionable solutions for the benefit of citizens.

The Biovision invites about 100 PhD and post-docs fellows from all over the world, to attend the three-day forum in Lyon, with a fellowship programme called Biovision Next.

This programme offers a unique opportunity to bright students in life sciences and related fields, to attend the Forum and broaden their perspective, to create a unique dialogue between those who made a breakthrough in life sciences.
