STAFF REPORT LHR: The University of Veterinary and Animals Sciences Lahore has observed World Veterinary Day with the theme “Animal Welfare”.
A walk was arranged to mark the day and create awareness about the welfare of animals in the community. Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Talat Naseer Pasha led the walk which took a round of the City Campus. University teachers and students participated in the walk in a large number.
Speaking on the occasion, the Vice-Chancellor spoke about the importance of animal welfare and urged the faculty members and students to work for this noble cause.
