STAFF REPORT LHR: The Board of Governors of World Wide Fund for Nature-Pakistan (WWF-Pakistan) has appointed Hammad Naqi Khan as the new Director General of Pakistans largest conservation organisation.

Hammad, a senior environment, development and conservation expert, has taken the charge from the former Director General Ali Hassan Habib, who led the organisation successfully in the same capacity for the last 19 years.Hammad Naqi Khan has a dynamic portfolio of professional achievements in the environment, conservation, development and water management sectors spread over 22 years. He has been an active part of WWF for the last 17 years. Formerly, Khan served as the Director of Programmes at WWF-Pakistan, managing freshwater, sustainable agriculture, environmental assessment and climate change programmes of the organisation.
