President Mamnoon Hussain on the occasion of 68th Independence Day has conferred Civil Awards on Pakistani citizens for excellence in various fields of activities.
The President has conferred these awards on the advice of the Prime Minister for which the investiture ceremony will take place on the upcoming Pakistan Day March 23 2015.
Dr. Umar Saif, a proud and industrious Pakistani academic, scientist and innovator, will conferred upon with the nations third-highest civilian honor, Sitara-e-Imtiaz to recognize his monumental services for the countrys public and education sector.
