Japanese envoy opens 2 education projects


STAFF REPORT HFD: Ambassador of Japan Hiroshi Inomata has said that the Japanese government has given top priority to empowerment of women in Japan as well as other countries especially Pakistan.

He expressed these remarks while recently inaugurating a science laboratory and a vocational training centre at Sakhi Village and Hafizabad.

The envoy said the provision of funds for the establishment of a science laboratory in remote village and the Vocational Training Centre in Hafizabad was one of the examples of such commitments of the Japan govt.

He hoped the project would not only improve the female education and skills of the local community but also contribute in strengthening the friendly relations between the people of Japan and Pakistan.
