WWF-Pak, Coca Cola join for clean water access

STAFF REPORT LHR: The water security is the toughest ordeals of Pakistan. The contaminated water is the root cause of various life challenging diseases. The World Wide Fund Pakistan (WWF-Pak), leading nature conservation organization and Coca-Cola Beverages Pakistan Limited (CCBPL) have taken joint initiatives for installation of clean drinking water in the different localities of Lahore.

Both the organizations inaugurated water filtration plant as part of the project to account for rising water need and to make available safe drinking water to the communities.

HammadNaqi Khan, Director General, WWF-Pakistan said while speaking on the occasion, “WWF-Pak is firmly committed in preserving the natural water resources of the country and improving clean water access to the communities in order to meet the needs”.
