STAFF REPORT LHR: Sanjh Preet Organization organized a consultative workshop at University of Management and Technology (UMT). This workshop was in a general sense created for the female IT graduates with the acquisition of section level position to enhance the employability chances of women in IT division. Starting now the condition of employability of women in IT fragment is only 14pc. Sanjh Preet Organization is working with the planned exertion of USAID underSmall Grants and Ambassadors Fund Program(SGAFP) to overhaul the employability for women in IT fragment.
Tending to consultative workshop Chairperson Punjab Commission on the Status of Women, Fauzia Viqar said in her talk that women’s employability is low in Pakistan especially in IT division and it should be redesigned, She moreover said that the Punjab commission on the status of women is a dialog for females to take heading and support if there ought to be an event of any brutality/incitement. Besides, will giving in order to back to female graduate the interim employment in IT sector.
This consultative workshop was gone to by Abid Hussain Gill (CEO Sanjh Preet Organization), M. Rashid Aziz Project coordinator, Pervaiz Akhtar Director Program Sanjh Preet, Chairperson Punjab Commission Fauzia Viqar, Sohail Zafar Cheema (CEO Brainoids programming house), Khizer Abbas Gillani from SGAFP (USAID) and a significant number of members.
