STAFF REPORT KHI: The agreement was shaped between University of Karachi (UoK) and the Sindh Madressatul Islam University for coordinated effort in joint research in various fields of education. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was marked between the high officials of both the varsities.


As indicated by the reports both varsities concurred joint effort would achieve more productive results in the field of exploration and instruction in both the colleges as the working and sharing of information and experience for the bigger advantage of institutional development and flourishing was a desperate need of today.


Faculty Member Dr Alia Rehman, Director of office of exploration, development and commercialization, said joint experimental and examination exercises would be intended for closer contacts between the understudies and the staff of the varsities.


The representative of SMIU termed the marking of the MoU ‘memorable’, and said the SMIU was a prestigious instructive establishment which was molded by visionary researcher Hasan Afandi for the Muslims of Sindh and is endeavoring to advance quality education and encouraging research ecosystem in the country.
