STAFF REPORT ISB: An exclusive session on Disruptive Technology was organized by Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) in order to cognize the employees and management professionals with the rising industrial trends on disruptive technologies.


The session was conducted by Jason Pontin, Editor-in-Chief, MIT Technology Review, which familiarized the participants with the innovation that disrupts in the market to improve products and services parallel to the international standards while reducing cost and enhancing customer satisfaction. The disruptive technology played a focal role in Internet of things, mobile broadband, smartphones, cloud computing, social networking and a number of wide technological spheres.


PTCL Chief Human Resource Officer, Syed Mazhar Hussain said while addressing on the occasion, “PTCL is one of the leaders of advancement and keeps on endeavoring watchful for new and challenging innovations in which it can fulfill its clients needs”.


“Through this event, we will have the capacity to decide the different ranges which we can gain by with the assistance of our accessible assets and, in addition, build up different parkways in which we can improve our innovative arm for the advantage of society”, he added.


The session was attended by senior PTCL management and employees who took a keen interest in the event by their vibrant presence.
