150 trainers trained under “Climb the Summit” -PTCL

PTCL Summit Management Trainee Programme has launched by Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) a few months back. PTCL Team’s recruitment drives in various universities and institutes all over Pakistan. The HR team conducted drive sessions in 26 universities while the MT Programme was open for all universities. PTCL’s 3rd Batch of Summit Management Trainee Programme is “Climb the Summit”.

A welcome ceremony was given to on-boarded the successful candidates at its Headquarters in Islamabad from PTCL officially.

Syed Mazhar Hussain, Chief HR Officer said that “PTCL is always worked on developing its employees. The Summit programme aimed to attract top talent for PTCL and development of individuals on their competency”.

PTCL shortlisted 150 from Pakistan after a rigorous talent out of 16,000 candidates that will be trained from Haripur Training & Development Academy of PTCL for one and a half month for the future activities and defiant career opportunities at PTCL.
