The provincial government would introduce 10,000 surveillance cameras at various areas of Karachi under the safe city project to battle criminal exercises in the city said special Assistant to Sindh Chief Minister for Information Science and Technology Dr. Sikandar Ali Shoro.

Dr. Sikandar Ali Shoro has said this while delivering his speech as a chief guest of the seventh “consumer products and services conference 2017” in the event of world quality day. The event was organized by The Consumers Eye Pakistan (TCEP), Consumer Voice MAG and Intellectual Property Organization (IPO) of Pakistan with the help of Consumer Pakistan, Dairy, and Cattle Farmers Association.

Dr. Shoro commended Umar Ghauri for effectively arranging the conference, saying that it will play a significant role in the business community and consumers.

Sikandar Ali Shoro said that he had signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Chinese ministry of industries and information technology for the establishment of an Information Technology (IT) industrial park in Sindh to promote IT in Sindh.

The Consumers Eye Pakistan (TCEP) Chairman Umar Ghauri in his keynote discourse said that TCEP has been sorting these Quality Conferences to make Pakistan a customers’ paradise and to fortify the nation on the premise of quality, productivity and competitiveness of products and services in Pakistan.

Different visitors to the event, including Pakistan Navy Commander (retd.) Muhammad Abdul Rehman, Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce, and Industry (FPPCI) Vice President MA Jabbar, IPO Deputy Director Syed Nasrullah, Dairy and Cattle Farmers Association President Haji Shakir Umar Gujjar and Consumer Voice MAG Executive Editor Rasim Khan, likewise commended TCEP in their talks for the association’s endeavors to advance a culture of standard and quality in Pakistan.

Dr. Shoro distributed mementos to the visitors, speakers, and participants at the end of the conference, while Umar Ghauri presented a memento to Dr. Shoro.
