Election PakistanTrust for Democratic Education and Accountability- Free and Fair Election Network (TDEA-FAFEN) is a not-for-profit organization working to foster democratic accountabilities, improving governance, and have an oversight over the legislative and electoral processes in the country.

In Pakistan, election-related information is not available at a single source. TDEA-FAFEN after rigorous work of almost one-and-a-half years on digitizing election data since 1970 to-date, has now been able to launch this information portal for the larger benefit of the public next month.

TDEA-FAFEN has provided a unique legislative platform namely Open Parliament, which contains information related to the on-floor proceedings of the legislative houses, including the Parliament and the four Provincial Assemblies. TDEA-FAFEN’s IT professionals have also worked on the country’s most comprehensive election portal, which enlists almost the entire election record since 1970.

Some regular websites are available but they are unable to give the complete listing of electoral records since 1970 with cross sectional analysis. Even the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) does not have the complete set of information regarding all elections in Pakistan. This is the first time in history that a consolidated election data analysis has been provided for the public consumption.

This portal will help public, political parties, blogs and media in Pakistan.
