Nation Building Initiative (NBI) in collaboration with IT Ministry is hosting a Conference on Sunday, 23rd December 2018 at Bahria Auditorium KARSAZ Road Karachi.
Nation Building Initiative (NBI) is a Society operational to make Pakistan equitable, developed and prosperous; through Information Technology which is a miraculous gadget for development, empowerment and prosperity.
Pakistan needs to understand the impact of this “Information Revolution” which is transforming lifestyle of the people across the globe in a big way. The power of these emerging technologies can be utilized by the Government to accomplish its Vision of Nation Building.
The IT policy making conference will facilitate the members of the Government IT Task Force to intermingle with the IT industry, academia and general public to develop broad based consent for formulation of effective IT Policy.
The Conference comprises of various plenary session that will focus on Collective Action for Knowledge based Economy (CAKE), enhancement of IT exports, building high quality IT Human Capital, Cyber Security for Optimal Utilization of IT, E-Governance which would enable all entities to work efficiently and effectively with transparency.
Furthermore, the conference coupled with Artificial Intelligence (AI), innovative ideas for smart SDGs such as water management, agriculture, energy, public services, security, health etc. Also promoting tourism through IT discussion with the Panel of Experts, Improvements required in telecommunications and robust, and at the end presentation on the proceedings and recommendations of the Nation Building through Information Technology Conference.
