Spring Festival 2019 at UVAS

 The University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) Lahore in connection with Spring Festival 2019 arranged various competitions including Food Cooking, Food Art, Short Film, Photography, Tic Tok and Polar Bear Painting competitions held here on Wednesday in City Campus Lahore. Students from various departments of UVAS participated in these competitions.

In Food Cooking competition, Iqra Ikram (FSHN) won 1st position and Abu Bakker (DVM) got 2nd position while Palwasha (FSHN) stood on 3rd position.

In Food Art competition, Tayyaba Javaid (FSHN) won 1st position and Nabeeha (FSHN) got 2nd position while Rida (FSHN) got 3rd position.

In Short Film competition, Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (IPS) won 1st position and Institute of Bio-Chemistry & Bio-Technology (IBBT) got 2nd position while Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (IPS) stood on 3rd position.

In Photography competition, Aoun Ali (IBBT) won 1st position and Qefaal (DND) got 2nd position while Zeeshan Ali (IBBT) stood on 3rd position.

In Tic Tok competition, Hamza Khan (DVM) won 1st position and Sumbal Sohail (IPS) got 2nd position while Tayyaba Javaid (DND) stood on 3rd position.

In Polar Bear Painting competition, Hira Ashfaq (DVM) won 1st position and Mariam Afzal got 2nd position while Zarfishan (IBBT) stood on 3rd position.

UVAS Pro Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Masood Rabbani was chief guests on the occasion and gave away shields and certificates among contests winners while UVAS Senior Tutor Prof Dr Kamran Ashraf, Prof Dr Sarwar Khan and a large number of students and faculty members were attended the events.
