Dairy Science Park Advocacy Forum (DSP-AF) has been established in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in supervision of Arif Yousaf Ex MPA/Convener Task Force on Sustainable Development Goals of provincial assembly.
The Advocacy Forum discussed issues faced by diverse stakeholders across the livestock value chain and advises the pertinent organizations for implementation of the recommendations, as per terms of dairy science park advocacy forum.
In order to maintain a healthy environment a system would be devised for quality control inspection of the livestock farms, food dispensation and marketing facilities.
Training kits would be arranged for personal hygiene and food safety of the workers of livestock/poultry farms, processing and marketing amenities.
Moreover, the establishment of an endowment fund for entrepreneurship development through seed money from the KP government while Dairy Science Park has been facilitating inspection by providing SOPs for quality standards and issuing certificates to meet quality.
