The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) launched an online tax profiling system in collaboration with the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) for the audit of assets.
FBR Chairman Syed Shabbar Zaidi disclosed the online tax viewing process and assured that it keeps 53 million citizens privacy at first. As, the privacy is the focal point at every aspect.
The online portal is very simple and has a two step verification process. The user can access the financial profile by typing the CNIC and mobile number.
The second step to access the tax profiling is a text message that appears on PTA-registered phone with a code that you can enter into the portal to continue.
The last but not the least one step is to Pay Rs500 either through e-sahulat or a credit/debit card to view the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) online tax profiling.
The new digital tax system data has been complied with the assistance of
National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA). The concerned persons can easily verify the transactions undertaken in the past by them through new tax profile system.
NADRA has all your personal data, including details of your family members. Similarly, the FBR has information about your income and taxes as well as any assets, such as property, automobiles and business, you own.
