A two-day national conference on Physics and emerging sciences held at Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) aimed to promote quality research on emerging science topics.
The conference highlights the importance of research based activities in the socio-economic development and improving the living conditions of people in various conditions.
The conference was chaired by different scholars and students of M.Phil and PhD from various potent institutions of the country. Emerging science conference provided a platform to all the enthusiastic students to showcase their research work and share their research findings with beneficiary colleagues as well as with the policy-makers.
The Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Zia-Ul-Qayyum has allocated millions of rupees in the University’s budget for upgrading their Science Laboratories.
As the University’s research laboratories and the libraries were enriched and developed as main source of conducting research work which ultimately bringing the young minds to the international standard.
The end result of emerging science conference will help out to promote interaction among the researchers to exchange their experience and expertise in the immense field of science and technology.
That’s the timely need of Pakistan to adopt the modern and current strategies to move and compete with the other nations in the era of promising emerging sciences.
