KP education department set up e-transfer for teachers
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Elementary and Secondary Education Department (KP E&SED) launched e-transfer application to scrutinize merit and transparency in teachers transfers in the province.
The proficient developers developed the online e-transfer application. Through this application the education standard will get better due to intended indicators. The results are enlisted and the teachers whose results are healthier can avail this policy.
The online e-transfer policy application provides the data of all vacant posts that will be uploaded by concerned DEOs. The applicants will apply for the vacant posts and their joint merit will be made.
Dashboard will be shared by Secretary E&SED, Director E&SE and DEOs. After merit, the data will be verified by concerned Principal and DEOs and those applications will be considered which are on top of the merit.
On the occasion, Minister Finance Taimur Saleem Khan Jhagra the chief guest appreciated the teachers stimulation programme, introduction of school teachers for the betterment of Primary and secondary education system and merit based new initiatives.
KP Advisor to CM on E&SE Ziaullah Khan Bangash stated that by using this latest technology application teachers’ selection is on merit based and all posting transfers will be made on merit, political involvement has no room in this system considering all these is a very productive step.
