  5. Sandblast: Sandblasting machines help wash out the roughness on the valve bodies. It provides a clean and smooth surface of the valves. 
  6. Machine: Ball valves undergo multi-axis machines to obtain the correct thread and dimensions from the technical drawing. It is a critical process for product quality. It ensures whether the product reaches the standards.
  7. Surface Treatment: Manufacturers have to follow environmental regulations from the government. Thus, treatments are given to the products to ensure it does not harm the environment. 
  8. Assembly: It is the production line where all the spare parts of the valve are assembled to its body.
  9. Quality Test: Each ball valves will undergo quality testing to ensure there are no leaks. 6 to 8 Bar pressure air is introduced to the valve for 24 hours. The bigger the valve, the longer the testing period. After the test, the valves are checked for leaks. 
  10. Packaging and Transportation: Operators inspect the finished ball valves before packing it. After this, the products are suitable for delivery.
