Boards of Education object to promote matriculation and intermediate candidates without examinations, there is no provision in the Board of Education Act for candidates to pass examinations without examinations, Boards stance.

Addressing a joint press conference by All Pakistan Private Schools Federation (APPSF) President and representative Abrar Ahmad Khan, and Irfan Talib made a joint statement and said, that, the decisions of federal and provincial governments Abrar Ahmad Khan, President of All Pakistan Private Schools Association Rawalpindi Division commented that this decision causing mental anguish to students and their parents.

He said that if children are to pass, the Board Act must be amended first. There is no policy in the Board of Education Act for candidates to pass without examination.

Abrar Ahmad Khan said that contrary to the ground realities of the rulers and contradictory statements. Children, teachers and parents are mentally disturbed. Sometimes they are told the good news of promotion in the next classes and sometimes they are told that the promotion law is not present in the Boards Act.

Irfan Talib said that the federal government had not done any work for the promotion of children and all the decisions were taken in a hurry without taking all the stakeholders into confidence.

He said that when Federal Minister for Education Shafqat Mahmood visited Pakistan The chairman of all the boards of education had called a meeting in Islamabad and asked for his opinion. Why didn’t the chairman at that time say that there is no law in the Promotion Board Act? has been given.

Both academics called for a review of the Boards Act and for stakeholders to be taken into confidence to change many of the clauses that are not in favor of students.

According to the explanation issued by the Board of Education, it has been said that the candidates of the examinations conducted by the Board will be promoted to the next class.

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Lahore has once again clarified that the candidates for the examinations conducted by the Board will be promoted to the next classes. Candidates should not believe unconfirmed news in this regard.

    Will improvers be given 3% grace marks?? And they r satisfied with their result will special exams compulsory for them.or it’s choice of student?
