Heilongjiang Province, Part Of The Country’s Old Northeastern Manufacturing Base, Witnessed Its Number Of High-Tech Enterprises Mount by 54 percent year on year amid transformation efforts.
According to the provincial statistics bureau, the total number of high-tech firms in the province hit 1,932 in 2020.
About 12,000 tech firms were reported in the province in 2020, and its accumulative number of tech firms now surpasses 40,000, thanks to a three-year action plan to expand tech enterprises.
