At the 2022 International Loyalty Awards, the Free eBucks Rewards program of FNB was named the global leader for the best use of technology and the Middle East and Africa Regional Loyalty Champion of the Year.
The awards recognise businesses that go above and beyond expectations in terms of excellence and innovation. Regional awards are also given to brands that have the most innovative and engaging loyalty programmes in their industry.
