During his visit to Pakistan, Ahmed Al-Faifi met with the Federal Minister for Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives, Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed, Chairman of the Higher Education Commission (HEC), and Mr. Mazhar Ali Shah, Secretary of the Railways. He also went to the Nutshell Group’s sixth annual The Future Summit in Karachi.

During The Future Summit, Ahmed Al-Faifi shared his thoughts on digitization and the transformation of Pakistan’s public sector enterprises. Pakistan can use SAP platforms to create an enabling environment and boost its economy.

During their meeting with Secretary Railways, Mr. Mazhar Ali Shah and Mr. Ahmed Al-Al Faifi expressed gratitude to Pakistan Railways Management for their trust in SAP and shared their commitment to support Pakistan Railways in their digital transformation journey.

Ahmed Al-Faifi met with Chairman HEC, Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed, about the new initiative for enrolling young university students in IT training across Pakistan. He was accompanied by Saquib Ahmad, Country Managing Director, SAP Pakistan.

Ahmed Al-Faifi reaffirmed SAP and HEC’s over 15-year partnership and their dedication to the agenda of offering free technology training to students in order to impart skills essential for the expansion of the technology sector.
