Delegation From Pakistan To Attend Eurasia Summit In Istanbul

The 8th annual Eurasia Summit will be held at the Lutfi Kirdar International Convention Center in Istanbul, Turkey, from March 1–3, 2023. In order to share, brainstorm, innovate, and shape the future, EURIE is “Reuniting for International Education.”

Twenty universities and organisations from Pakistan would send a 34-person delegation to the Eurasian Higher Education Summit (EURIE) in Istanbul under the sponsorship of the Association of Private Sector Universities Pakistan (APSUP).

Six eminent universities will set up booths in the first-ever Pakistan Pavilion, where representatives of other Pakistani universities will give presentations on their various academic programmes and look into opportunities for collaboration, faculty and student exchange, and joint academic projects.

Prof. Dr. Ch. Abdul Rehman, Chairman of APSUP, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Iqbal Choudhry, Coordinator General of COMSTECH, and Awais Raoof, President of APSUP Punjab, will lead the delegation from Pakistan. At the Pakistani Pavilion, booths would be set up by the University of Lahore, Superior University, University of Faisalabad, University of Sialkot, University of Management and Technology, and Institute of Business Management.

An annual international conference and exhibition on higher education, Eurasia Summit  links the vibrant higher education market in the Eurasian region to the rest of the world.

The Eurasian region has tremendous potential, and Eurasia is the new hub for global higher education, bringing together other regions of the world.

Participants can expand their networks, knowledge, and opportunities for collaboration thanks to the conference and exhibition at the EURIE annual summit. Institutions participate in the summit to create opportunities for academic cooperation, staff/student exchanges, and a variety of other joint ventures to share ideas, stories, and best practises for advancing higher education internationally.

Universities that participate in summits examine current issues in higher education, discuss trends, and come up with innovative solutions to research the dynamics of student mobility, recruitment, and higher education systems in the Eurasian region.
