Waqas Ali Mehmood, Secretary of Health Balochistan claimed that effective steps were being taken to give residents of the province access to healthcare facilities.

He visited the Multipurpose School HRD in Quetta and was joined by other assistants such as Director Technical Dr. Amin Khan Mandukhel, Project Director Human Capital Project Saqib Kakar, DHO Quetta, Dr. Noorullah Bizenjo, Director HRD Dr. Noorullah Musakhel, Provincial Coordinator TB Control Program Dr. Asif Shahwani, Focal Person Secretary, Health Dr. Ababkar Baloch, Dr. Abdul Qadir, Health Education Nutrition Specialist Haroon Kasi and other assistants.

The Secretary of Health inspected the digital library, classrooms and other areas of the multipurpose school building. He gave instructions to form a committee to oversee the distribution and inspection of the store’s inventory.

Minister of planning and development also spoke with the sector’s staff members and listened to their concerns. He promised to address these issues in the interest of the industry and the workers.

In order to give people access to healthcare facilities close to where they live in Balochistan, the government will give the health sector priority in the upcoming budget, according to the minister of planning and development for Balochistan. In order to assist as many people as possible, he also announced relief and pro-people programmes in all districts.

The Chief Minister of Balochistan has directed the department to create a balanced development plan with a focus on clean water, law and order, health, and education initiatives. The provincial government will decide the development and non-development expenditures by balancing the budget.

The minister went on to say that the province’s overall development, particularly in less developed areas, was the government’s top priority. He emphasised that the growth-oriented economy under the Bizenjo government had been ensuring provincial socio-economic development, which would improve the province’s overall socio-economic situation.
