NUST Industrial Design alumna Maryam Abbas received the prestigious Muse Design Award for her thesis project, NEUROCLE. She was given the title of “Silver Winner,” making her the first student from Pakistan to do so.

A therapy aid called NEUROCLE was created to meet the special needs of kids with hemiplegic cerebral palsy. The tool helps affected children improve their posture, grip strength, muscle development, and gross and fine motor skills.
