STAFF REPORT ISB: Around 700 graduating students of School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science-NUST have received degrees in the disciplines of Electrical Engineering, Information and Communication Systems Engineering and Information Technology at the Undergraduate Convocation of the School.


Held at the main campus of the university here on Friday, the ceremony was attended by the parents of the graduating students, faculty, distinguished guests from academia, government departments and corporate sector.


On the occasion, President and Rector awarded gold medals to outstanding graduates on the basis of academics and projects.


In his address, NUST Rector Engineer M. Asghar said, “The prefix 6th very clearly indicates that this school is still relatively young, beaming with the pride and feat of having attained a prominent stature in less than a decade and a half.”
