Staff Report ISD: PakWheels organized a meeting to discuss Pakistans auto industry failure to localise its products in over 25 years.

The meeting was held in order to raise voice about peoples auto concerns. In the meeting blogger community highlights that they want that industry should improve its price versus quality proportion and influence the upcoming auto policy, which will benefit the end consumers rather than the corporate giants.

The Commerce Ministry assured that through the new policy they will protect the consumers interests and increase the manufacturing of automobiles.

Fahad Ullah representative of PakWheels stated that our basic objective is to raise the voice to improve non-customer friendly auto policies in the country. We request the government to introduce an auto policy that will embed dimensions of safety protocols as seen in the developed countries.

This meeting was attended by a large number of bloggers. They appreciated PakWheels efforts in this regard.
