STAFF REPORT LHR: Summer Internship Programme has been started by National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC) Limited to familiarize students of public and private sector universities with industrial environment and impart necessary skills.


Almost 230 students from around 33 universities were selected for the internship programme. An orientation ceremony was held to welcome the interns. Managing Director NTDCL, Engr. Muhammad Arshad Chaudhary said while addressing in the ceremony that the internship programme will play a key role to foster academic career and learning of interns and provide them with industrial knowledge that will burgeon their proficiency. He further said that students are the future of the nation and educating and impart learning to them is the collective responsibility which NTDCL has recognized and initiated the programme so that youth can play its positive role in national development.
