AIOU announced free matric education for Balochistan

Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) announced free education to the Matric-level students from Balochistan aimed to promote literacy to the distance areas of the country.

Considering the fact, Allama Iqbal Open University actively engaged in its special academic projects under distance learning system to make available education for all.

AIOU Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Zia ul Qayyum while addressing notables stated that the university will set up its Model City Center in Ziarat to promote the educational facilities for the local students in the province.

Seeing this AIOU could also launch technical and vocational courses for the potent youth to enable them to earn their livelihood through a reputable mean in society.

Dr. Zia ul Qayyum noted that there was high number of drop-out children in Baluchistan that could be brought in the educational net through distance learning system.

AIOU ongoing admissions will continue till September 4 it’s the right time for the people of Balochistan to enroll in the metric education that strengthen their capabilities in the future.
