Electronic monitoring system begun to help pilgrimsElectronic monitoring system is committed to receive and determine the complaints of the Hajj Pilgrim’s and also to broadcast pertinent information to them.

Keeping in line, the need ministry has also developed an Android app called “Pak Hajj Muavin” and a mobile SMS service named “Pak Hajj Guide” to make available compulsory information to all the people setting up to perform Hajj this year.

The Hujjaj’s can catalog their complaints through the online complaint registration portal. With an in-built transferring system, the vague complaints are stimulated to the next level of management for suitable procedures.

The EMS mechanism for Hajj operation in Pakistan will help to make sure and appraise the recital of the Government and HGOs (Hajj Group Organizers) Schemes, in accord with the Hajj set of laws of Saudi Arabia.
