For the very first time in Pakistan, tech giant Google organized ‘Women will Lead’ workshop to be pleased about the advancement of today’s young women in the technical, cooperate and business sector.

Women will lead workshop main focus is to buff up leadership skills of Pakistani women and train them about career development with the aim of equipping them with the knowledge and tools to succeed.

The Pakistan & South Asian Frontier Markets and the Country Manager ‘Farhan Qureshi’ mentioned the enthusiasm of Pakistani women as every day more and more women are becoming part of corporations and many of them are leading big organizations’.

The Pakistani women are actually captive in leading opportunities in the future and women have shown their talent in advertising, marketing, and creative industry and help the rising female stars to recognize their skills.

The main purpose of the workshop was a humble conversation and discussion of famous personalities from Pakistan’s cooperate sector.

Dr Ayesha Khan, CEO and Country Head, Acumen Pakistan; Ms Sultana Siddiqui, CEO Hum Network; Ms Sima Kamil, President & CEO UBL; Ms Shazia Syed, CEO Unilever Pakistan along with Google’s Farhan Qureshi were amongst the personalities.

The panellists also gave tips about career development on helping women to realize their true value as professionals and to motivate them to dream and pass the phases of grind with their heads held high.
