The government is fully mindful of the problem and wants to facilitate the expats by deploying the e-governance, as overseas Pakistani are the assets to the country and these people play a vital role in improving the financial condition of a country through remittances.

Overseas Pakistani faced many problems in sending remittances and issues of retaining their legal properties in Pakistan while they were in abroad.

The major problem addressed and the Prime Minister Imran Khan approved the e-governance to facilitate the expats.

The Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development (OP&HRD) are ready and going to launch paperless culture in the ministry to ensure speedy communication among its attached departments.

In a meeting the aimed was discussed, the ministry sketches a plan to modify the organizational process and complaint system to provide quick release to the overseas Pakistanis in collaboration with National Information Technology Board (NITB) and Avanza Group.
