STAFF REPORT IBD: Pakistan has fully participated in the recently concluded three-day “Global State of Young Scientists” international workshop in Hannover, Germany.

On the occasion, Scientist Aftab Ahmad, a Pakistan higher education research expert, represented Pakistans young scientists and highlighted the challenges they are currently confronted with.

“It has also explored issues and supported mechanisms young scientists encounter in the academia”, he added.

Besides, many upcoming and senior scientists from different countries also participated.

The workshop contributed to the Global Status of Young Scientists projects goals of furthering scientists academic careers, encouraging the youth to pursue science professionally and narrow the technological and theoretical scientific gap between the developed and developing world, said Ahmad.
