Pakistan Post has started mobile money transfer service in Pakistan under a public-private partnership. Pakistan Post intended to transform into digital money transfer service meeting all the international standards to provide up to date services to customers.

Services like Pension, Micro-finance, ATM, E-commerce, Poverty alleviation schemes, Wallet cards, Insurance, International remittances and mobile applications will be included in Pakistan Post’s digital system.

Pakistan Post has set up a new business extension POSTLOG, and company tries to offer international standard technology-oriented logistics services to its customers in Pakistan.

Company has also started a collaboration with Korea Post to automate the post offices under the project NIPA that have 3 phases for completion. Pakistan Post has turned up with a strategy to compete private couriers effectually, and company has already taken vital steps in this development.

Nearly 31 Smart Express Centers have been established in cities, while, Express Mail Track & Trace System (EMTTS) has also been installed at 83 General Post Offices GPO’s and 50 district mail offices.

Call center has also been established by Pakistan post for customer support, Urgent Mail and cash-on-delivery service was also introduced since 2016. To make the service fast and reliable Pakistan Post has distributed 1961 motorcycles to its employees.
