Seven Pakistani varsities ranked at QS World rankings

The QS World University Rankings 2019 has integrated seven Pakistani universities into the esteemed yearly index of top 1,000 worldwide varsities. All seven Pakistani universities to have made the list are;

Seven Pakistani varsities ranked at QS World rankingsThe Pakistan Institute of Engineering and Applied Sciences (PIEAS) has been ranked as the country’s highest-ranking university at 397 due to its excellent high research output, while NUST stands at 417 as a modern centre of excellence for research and development in the fields of sciences and technology , followed by QAU.

Quaid-e-Azam University stands at 551, whereas, Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) ranked by QS at 701-750. COMSATS University Islamabad positioned at 751-800. University of Engineering & Technology (UET) Lahore stands at 801-1000 followed by University of the Punjab (UoP) at 801-1000.

The top three universities this year of the QS ranking 2019 are Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Stanford University and Harvard University respectively.
