STAFF REPORT LHR: PTCL has inaugurated a revamped and redesigned PTCL One-Stop Shop (OSS) located in PTCL CTH Building, near the Mall Lahore.
PTCL’s nation-wide One-Stop Shops are considered the public face of the company. These PTCL shops are facilitating customers by offering them quality products and services in billing adjustments, fault rectification, new service requests, duplicate bills, billing installments and payments all under one roof.
Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP) Commercial PTCL, Naveed Saeed; Senior SEVP Business Zone Central PTCL, Jamal Abdalla Salim Hussain Al Suwaidi; EVP Wireless PTCL Omer Khalid and Executive Vice President (EVP) Customer Care PTCL, Kamran Malik inaugurated the One Stop Shop.
“PTCL has a long tradition of differentiating itself from its competitors by offering innovative products to its customers,” Naveed Saeed while inaugurating the One Stop Shop. “Our new One Stop Shops are designed to provide seamless and speedy services to our customers,” he added further.
Equipped with latest products and services, PTCL OSS outlets are offering one window operations at strategic locations spread all over the country for facilitating the customers.
