Ignite – National Technology Fund in collaboration with Code for Pakistan organized the SDG Hackathon in twin cities focused on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Code for Pakistan (a technology focused non-profit, building a non-partisan civic innovation ecosystem to improve the quality of life across Pakistan) and Ignite – National Technology Fund (formerly National Ignite – National Technology Fund which is a VC Fund focused on fourth industrial wave tech and on ecosystem development to carry out its mission of knowledge economy in Pakistan. The heptathlon aimed to turn 150 people into hackers from twin cities. In the inaugural occasion, National Hackathon has completely focused on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in 36-hour session.

Applicants had skills such as web or mobile development, design, mapping, data analysis, research, or subject matter ability in SDGs or the civic space can attend the event. For all those who want to take part in progress of Pakistan and show their talent had this as a wonderful opportunity.
